Order Modifications & Cancellations

To ensure timely delivery, order processing begins immediately after payment is confirmed. Typically, you may only request order modifications or cancellations by contacting our customer support team while the order status is still marked as “Unshipped” on the My Orders page. Once an order has entered the packing or shipping process, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Because our warehouse processes orders rapidly, the available window for changes or cancellations is very limited. We strongly recommend reviewing all shipping and order details carefully before placing your order.

If your order has already been shipped and you notice an incorrect delivery address, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to attempt an interception before final delivery. Once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, we are unable to modify the delivery address from our system.

Shipping Rates 

  • Flat shipping fee: USD 7.00 per order for all eligible shipping destinations.
  • Free shipping: Orders with a merchandise subtotal of USD 75.00 or more (before shipping, taxes, and discounts, where applicable) qualify for free shipping to all supported destinations.

Tax Fees

  • Sales Tax: Sales tax on your order will generally be calculated based on the shipping address you provide. Such taxes are collected on your behalf (as the customer) for remittance to the applicable tax authorities, and we will remit them in accordance with applicable local regulations (which may include state and local sales taxes applied to both products and shipping fees).
  • Tariff

    LOMWORLD will cover applicable import duties and tariffs where stated. Customers will not be required to pay additional customs duties upon delivery.

    This does not include brokerage fees, local processing charges, taxes required by local law, or additional carrier fees arising from address changes or rerouting requests.

Shipping Timeframe

Total delivery time consists of order processing time and shipping transit time:

1. Order Processing: Orders are typically reviewed, packed, and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

2. Shipping & Transit:

Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch (excluding customs clearance and public holidays).

Please note: All delivery times above are estimates. Delays may occur due to holidays, customs inspections, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active after dispatch, depending on the carrier.

Carriers & Coverage

1. Shipping Carriers: Depending on your order and destination, we may ship using YunExpress, DHL, UPS, USPS, 4PX, or other international logistics providers. The specific carrier and tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

2. Delivery Coverage: We are pleased to serve customers in many countries and regions worldwide. Additional remote areas or restricted regions may also be unavailable depending on carrier service availability.

3. Split Shipments: To ensure faster delivery, orders may occasionally be shipped in multiple packages due to inventory location or package size. If this occurs, you will see multiple tracking numbers under My Orders and receive separate shipping updates.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer support team.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in resolving it as quickly as possible.
