Order Modifications & Cancellations
To ensure timely delivery, order processing begins immediately after payment is confirmed. Typically, you may only request order modifications or cancellations by contacting our customer support team while the order status is still marked as “Unshipped” on the My Orders page.
Because our warehouse processes orders rapidly, the available window for changes or cancellations is very limited. We strongly recommend reviewing all shipping and order details carefully before placing your order.
If your order has already been shipped and you notice an incorrect delivery address, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to attempt an interception before final delivery. Once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, we are unable to modify the delivery address from our system.
Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders of $75 or more.

Customs Duties: For orders shipped to the U.S., any applicable customs duties are covered by us.
Shipping Timeframe
Total delivery time consists of order processing time and shipping transit time:
1. Order Processing: Orders are typically reviewed, packed, and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
2. Shipping & Transit:
a. Standard Shipping: Delivery to U.S. addresses usually takes 7–15 business days after shipment.
b. Expedited Shipping: If you need faster delivery, please contact our online customer support after placing your order to request expedited service. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment (additional fees apply).
c. Pre-order Items: If your order includes pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available.
Please note: All delivery times above are estimates. Delays may occur due to holidays, customs inspections, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Carriers & Coverage
1. Shipping Carriers: Depending on your order and destination, we may ship using UPS, USPS, DHL, 4PX, or other international logistics providers. The specific carrier and tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
2. Delivery Coverage: We are pleased to serve customers in most regions worldwide. However, we are currently unable to deliver to U.S. military addresses, including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
3. Split Shipments: To ensure faster delivery, orders may occasionally be shipped in multiple packages due to inventory location or package size. If this occurs, you will see multiple tracking numbers under My Orders and receive separate shipping updates.
